Sunderman Insurance offers family-friendly customer service and works with a wide variety of companies. We are licensed in Iowa, Missouri and Nebraska. Sunderman Insurance is a family owned and operated business. Debbie began the business as a licensed agent in January 2001. Her daughter Amanda began with her as an agent in 2005. Josh, realizing the fun to be had, joined as an agent in 2010. Since Amanda’s career began as an insurance agent, she also started Amanda Vorhies Tax & Accounting, operating from the same location in 2008.

In the spirit of family business, Debbie’s husband Ed, sons Josh and J.J. own and operate Rocky Top Trucking in Clarinda, Iowa. They specialize in grain, DDG, rock, sand and general commodities hauling. Rocky Top Trucking operates three tractors, three trailers typically within 400 miles.
The Sunderman and Vorhies families are proud to serve the agricultural, personal and commercial clients in Clarinda. The community boasts kindness, friendliness and camaraderie.
